Moon River Brewing love shows up in Copenhagen While on vacation in Copenhagen, Kristine and Gene Beeco, co-owner and general manager of Moon River Brewing, ran into Roy Pedersen from Ohio, who was sporting his favorite shirt. Small world! . This burger will make you wave your flag On Wednesday, July 4, we will serve a patriotic version of the Samuel L. Jackson Tasty Burger. This time the chargrilled 8-ounce burger made from grass-fed beef (raised by our friends at Hunter Cattle Co.) will be topped with American cheese, apple cider-cured bacon and baked apple. Served with Freedom Fries for $9. On Friday, July 20, drop by for a Hawaiian-inspired Samuel L. Jackson Tasty Burger. Details to be announced on our Facebook page. French holiday, French food, French race On Saturday, July 14, celebrate Bastille Day with the Moon River Brewing staff! (Why not?) We will serve two entrees: Quiche Lorraine served with fresh greens topped with goat cheese. Mussels steamed in Wild Wacky Wit beer with shallots, garlic and parsley. Served with oven-fried pommes frites seasoned with herbes de Provence. Each entree is $9. Add a Moon River Brewing beer to your order for only $1 more! Vive la France! Speaking of France, it's time for the Tour de France (June 30-July 22), and at Moon River Brewing we are big fans! Brewmaster John Pinkerton, a lifelong bicycle enthusiast, got us hooked on this exciting month-long race. We will show the race every morning and most nights until the race concludes.
