Who has been hosting events at Moon River?


Moon River Brewing Company hosts a variety of events, receptions, wedding rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, Texas Hold'em poker parties, and military hail and farewells. We've served baby showers with 10 people to cocktail receptions for more than 300 people.


We can provide off-the-menu table service for groups of up to 30 people. For larger groups, we recommend a limited menu or buffet service. If your group is more than 54 people, we will rent tables and chairs for the event and include the direct cost on your invoice. Tablecloths and candles are available for a nominal fee.


Our main floor features an old world feeling of warmth and enjoyment created by exposed brick walls, decorative lighting and a mahogany bar. It has seating for 140 guests or room for a 350-person cocktail reception. Areas can also be separated off for smaller group events. Our downstairs beer cellar has a similar intimate feeling. It features dart boards, pool tables, televisions, a private bar and a sound system. The main cellar room can seat 54 people. The full cellar can accommodate seating for 99 people.

Limited Menu . Customers order from a limited menu with three to four entrees. Vegetables starches and salads are fixed and not elective.

Partial - Some food items are delivered to the table such as salad/soup/dessert. Meal is served buffet style. Alcoholic beverages are obtained from the bar.

Buffet - All food items are served buffet style and all drinks are obtained from the bar.

Limited-open: All drinks are on one check but only certain beverages are offered (e.g. beer and wine)

Open . All drinks are on one check and a full range of spirits is offered.

Cash . Individuals pay for their drinks and a full range of spirits is available.

Other . Other arrangements include a preset/prepaid amount and a cash bar after that amount has been reached or drink tickets purchased in advance for use by event guests.
