At the 6 o'clock toast on April 23, Moon River Brewing will serve Dixie Kristal, a Belgian-style Tripel ale. We jacked-up the potency of this brew with Dixie Crystal sugar. Fermented with our house strain of Belgian ale yeast, this brew is light in color but not in flavor. Its bountiful fruity aromas and a hint of spicy phenol are married with a touch of fresh ground coriander and a warming alcohol presence.
